First week weight loss

I love how when I get back to eating healthy, I lose a huge amount the first week. 6.6 pounds. wahoo. Now if only I could lose like that every week. I'd be at goal in no time. lol

I wish I could lose 6.6 pounds this week LOL I need to put down the liccorice and stop eating the bad stuff. I am doing good this week so far though. Last night was good and today I have eaten edemame for breakfast.

I appreciate that you want to lose the weight. I have a way you can speed up your metabolism and be less hungry. Try to eat every 3 hours...small portions of protien, complex carbohydrates and fruit (breakfast) and vegetables at the other snacks and meals. It works!
