What to eat?

Since Anthony is breastfed, I get a lot of WW points each day to eat. Today I have gotten in all of my healthy stuff servings, and I still have 20 points left to eat. I have found that when I don't eat all my points every day I have issues with my milk supply, so I have to plan my points better tomorrow. Maybe I'll have something really yummy tonight like cheese and crackers. Oh and besides getting in my water, dairy fruit and veg, I walked two miles. Yay me.

There are a few other people out there that I know are dieting along with me, how are you all doing?

Not enough time

I have been kind of neglecting my blog lately. There just aren't enough hours in the day. I am hardly ever online any more. Taking care of two kids is a lot of work! The fact that jeff has been sick for weeks doesn't help either. I have been neglecting my weight loss challenge group as well. I'm still doing WW and still losing just not online much. Hopefully things will calm down soon and I can be around a little more. It's all about finding a balance I guess. :-)

Mama's weight loss challenge

I know I wasn't going to post this weekend but here I am anyway!

I have issues. Isuues with food. I am going to start blogging once a week about my challenges with food, and my experience doing weight watchers for the second time in my life. I found a challenge through weightwatchers.com,thanks Mar for showing it to me, that I have joined. It starts next Saturday. I am going to be accountable to that group, as well as to my readers. (All 3 of you. LOL) Starting today, I will be following WW religiously. Every piece of food I eat is going to be logged into my food journal online. I can do this. I will do this. I added a little list in my sidebar where I will log in my losses or gains each week. I am also going to add a weight loss ticker somewhere in my blog as well.

Weightwatchers...

I joined weightwatchers again yesterday. It was something I did after I had Amelia and it worked so well for me. When I'm nursing, I am starving all the time, so WW really helps me be aware. I am more aware of how much I am eating, I remember to eat at regular intervals (which helps with being starving all the time.) And it helps me get in all of my water and fruit and veggies servings. It will take a little time to get used to logging in everything I eat again, but thats okay. It's good for me to keep track of this stuff.
