Hair...

So today I did it, I went and go my hair chopped. It was falling out a lot thanks to post pregnancy hormones, and Amelia loves to pull on it. Every day it would just go up in a pony tail. Now I have a style, and I have to actually do something with it every day. I don't think Jeff is too crazy about it, but oh well, it's my hair! :-) I'll post a before and after picture later.

Have I mentioned how much fun I'm having with photo editing software??? :-) 

Sunday

We went to the pier today. It was nice to get out of the house again, the weather was pretty nice. We walked around and went out to the end of the pier and ate at Ruby's I wanted pictures but that batteries died in the camera. Then Jeff bought some from a little shop on the pier and they were dead too! Guess it wasn't meant to be. I'm posting another picture I took of Jeff and Amelia and edited with photo software. I got it printed and hung it up in her room for her.

Only ten days left...

...until Amelia and I leave for Portland. I am so excited to go see everyone. I will miss Jeff so much though, and I know Amelia will too. She is always so excited to see him when he gets home from work. I'm starting to think of all the things I have to remember to bring with us I need to make a big list and just start adding.

We got a lot done yesterday, went and ran some errands, and we went and got library cards for Jeff and me, although I think we will be looking at one of the other local libraries as well, the Hungtington Beach one is not part of the OC public library system, so they do some weird stuff. It costs money to request a book from another library. It also costs quite a bit to check out videos or dvds or books on tape. I was really disapointed by that. The library is supposed to be free! Oh well. I guess I'm not too surprised.

We went to San Jose this weekend to visit. We got to go to Ryan's soccer class on Saturday. He sure has a great time playing!

She's turning in circles, she isn't getting up off her belly yet though.

The weather is great here today! It's about 70 here in Huntington Beach. These are the days I don't mind living in Southern California. Now in a couple of months I'll be whining and crying how much I hate it. Amelia is finally asleep, she has not been napping very good during the day, I think she is teething. She just wants to be held and fuss and yell. Someone told me about some teething tablets, I've checked Target and RiteAid and not found them. I guess I'll have to do a search online for them. Anyone else know where to find teething tablets???
