So my goal for this week, is to use mostly foods we have in the house. I know I'll have to buy fresh fruit and veggies, but other than that, I want to use what we have. I'll let you know how it works out. Go visit OrgJunkie on Monday to see more recipes.

Wednesday Meatloaf (made with turkey)Salad, Sweet Potatoes
Thursday Chicken Pot Pie (this recipe is just a base I add a lot of stuff.) Salad
Friday- Pizza Night
Saturday - Chicken with Salsa and beans
Sunday- Sandwiches and Soup
I'm looking forward to eating more fruit and veggies too...now that spring is here! I'm so hungry for yummy, fresh produce!
